These terms apply to the Android app SprintNote (Korean name: 몰입장, package: com.questionmarket.sprintnote) operated by Question Market (물음표마켓).

1. Purpose

  • These Terms of Service govern the relationship between the operator and users of SprintNote.

2. Service Description

  • SprintNote is an offline-first study timer and study-log app.
  • The app may provide focus timers, automatic study logs, statistics, subjects, tasks, routines, exams, flashcards, reminders, alerts, widgets, local backup export or import, and CSV study report export.
  • Core features are currently designed to work without account registration and without an operator-managed backend.
  • The operator may modify, add, suspend, or remove features as needed for operational, legal, or technical reasons.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with applicable laws and these terms.
  • You must not interfere with app operation, abuse the service, or infringe the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app and for the management of your device, local backups, and exported files.
  • You are responsible for reviewing local imports before replacing existing device data.

4. Ads and External Services

  • Selected non-core screens may display banner ads or native ads.
  • Advertising features may depend on Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) and related third-party services.
  • Ad availability, fill rate, and load timing can vary based on third-party systems and network conditions.
  • External links, if configured, may open in your browser or another external app.

5. Service Changes and Availability

  • The operator may change or suspend part or all of the service because of maintenance, technical issues, policy changes, force majeure, or other reasonable causes.
  • The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The app, its code, interface, branding, graphics, documentation, and related content are owned by the operator or the rightful licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit app content without prior authorization, except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • SprintNote is a productivity and record-keeping tool. It does not guarantee academic performance, exam outcomes, or uninterrupted access.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by device failure, OS issues, user deletion, incorrect local imports, third-party ad outages, or similar causes outside the reasonable control of the operator.
  • The operator does not warrant that all features will always be available in every region, network environment, or device condition.

8. Restrictions and Termination

  • The operator may limit or discontinue access to the service if a user violates these terms, applicable laws, or reasonably necessary service rules.
  • Because the current version does not require user accounts, such restrictions may occur through distribution, app, or feature-level controls.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • Any dispute related to the service will be handled according to applicable law and competent jurisdiction.

이 약관은 Question Market (물음표마켓)이 운영하는 Android 앱 SprintNote(국문명: 몰입장, 패키지명: com.questionmarket.sprintnote)에 적용됩니다.

1. 목적

  • 본 약관은 SprintNote 이용과 관련한 운영자와 이용자 간의 관계를 규정합니다.

2. 서비스 내용

  • SprintNote는 오프라인 우선 방식의 공부 타이머 및 공부 기록 앱입니다.
  • 앱은 집중 타이머, 자동 공부 기록, 통계, 과목, 할 일, 루틴, 시험, 플래시카드, 리마인더, 알림, 위젯, 로컬 백업 가져오기 또는 내보내기, CSV 공부 리포트 내보내기 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
  • 현재 핵심 기능은 회원가입이나 운영자 관리형 백엔드 없이 사용할 수 있도록 설계되어 있습니다.
  • 운영자는 운영상, 법률상, 기술상 필요에 따라 기능을 변경, 추가, 중단 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

  • 이용자는 관련 법령과 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.
  • 앱 운영을 방해하거나 서비스를 남용하거나 타인의 권리를 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
  • 이용자가 앱에 입력하는 데이터의 정확성과 기기, 로컬 백업, 내보낸 파일의 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
  • 기존 기기 데이터를 대체하는 로컬 가져오기를 실행하기 전에는 내용을 직접 확인해야 합니다.

4. 광고 및 외부 서비스

  • 일부 비핵심 화면에는 배너 광고 또는 네이티브 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 기능은 Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob) 및 관련 제3자 서비스에 의존할 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 노출 여부, 채워짐 비율, 로드 시점은 제3자 시스템과 네트워크 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
  • 외부 링크가 설정된 경우 브라우저 또는 외부 앱에서 열릴 수 있습니다.

5. 서비스 변경 및 가용성

  • 운영자는 점검, 기술 문제, 정책 변경, 불가항력, 기타 합리적인 사유로 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
  • 운영자는 모든 기능이 항상 중단 없이 또는 오류 없이 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다.

6. 지식재산권

  • 앱, 코드, 인터페이스, 브랜드, 그래픽, 문서, 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
  • 법령상 허용되는 범위를 제외하고, 사전 허가 없이 앱 콘텐츠를 복제, 배포, 수정, 상업적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

7. 면책 및 책임 제한

  • SprintNote는 생산성 및 기록 관리 도구이며, 학업 성과, 시험 결과, 또는 중단 없는 접근을 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 법령상 허용되는 범위에서, 기기 고장, 운영체제 문제, 이용자 삭제, 잘못된 로컬 가져오기, 광고 제3자 장애, 기타 운영자의 합리적 통제 밖에 있는 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 모든 기능이 모든 지역, 네트워크 환경, 기기 상태에서 항상 동일하게 제공된다고 보장하지 않습니다.

8. 이용 제한 및 종료

  • 이용자가 본 약관, 관련 법령, 또는 서비스 운영상 필요한 규칙을 위반하는 경우 운영자는 서비스 접근을 제한하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
  • 현재 버전은 계정 기반 서비스가 아니므로, 이러한 제한은 배포, 앱, 또는 기능 단위 제어 형태로 이루어질 수 있습니다.

9. 준거법

  • 본 약관은 대한민국 법령을 따릅니다.
  • 서비스와 관련된 분쟁은 관련 법령 및 관할에 따라 처리됩니다.
