Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Question Market ("Company") and users in relation to the use of Desk Calendar ("Service").

Article 2 (Service Description)

• The Service provides calendar, schedule management, D-day management, to-do management, and widget features.
• The Service runs based on local storage, and some features may use Google account integration when selected by the user.
• The Service is a tool for schedule viewing and management convenience and is not provided as a basis for legal or medical judgment.
• The Service may include ads or external service integration features.
• The Company may modify, add, or discontinue features as needed for operational, technical, or policy reasons.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

• Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service or infringe the rights of others.
• Users are responsible for device security, account integration, and data management.

Article 4 (Restrictions on Use)

The Company may restrict access to the Service in case of violations of laws or these Terms, interference with normal operations, or other reasonable circumstances.

Article 5 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

• The Service is a schedule management tool and does not absolutely guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of schedule information.
• Liability may be limited for delays, omissions, or errors in information from external services such as Google Calendar, unless caused by the Company's intentional or gross negligence.
• The Company is not responsible for user decisions or actions made based on the Service.
• The Company may limit liability for damages caused by factors not attributable to the Company, such as device loss, OS errors, network failures, or platform policy changes.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend part or all of the Service for operational or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced through the App or distribution page.

Article 7 (Ads and External Services)

• Ads may be displayed while using the Service.
• When using external services such as Google Sign-In, Google Calendar API, or ad platforms, the respective provider's policies may also apply.
• Some features may be delayed or restricted due to external service policy changes or outages.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights for the Service and related content (text, UI, widget layouts, logos, documents, etc.) belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use such content without prior consent from the Company.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws. Any changes will be announced through the App or distribution page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes related to the Service are subject to the competent court under applicable law.
