Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Question Market ("Company") and users in relation to the use of Big Note ("Service").

Article 2 (Service Description)

• The Service provides memo creation, editing, deletion, and viewing features.
• The Service runs based on local storage.
• The Service may include banner ads and interstitial ads.
• The Company may modify, add, or remove features as needed for operational or technical reasons.

Article 3 (User Obligations)

• Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
• Users must not interfere with the operation of the Service or infringe the rights of others.
• Users are responsible for managing data stored on their devices.

Article 4 (Restrictions on Use)

The Company may restrict access to the Service in case of violations of laws or these Terms, interference with normal operations, or other circumstances reasonably deemed necessary.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of information entered by users.
• Liability may be limited for damages caused by factors not attributable to the Company.
• Some functions may be delayed due to external service issues such as advertising network outages.

Article 6 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend part or all of the Service due to maintenance, failures, policy changes, force majeure, or similar reasons. Significant changes will be announced through the Service or distribution page.

Article 7 (Ads and External Services)

• Banner ads and interstitial ads may be displayed while using the Service.
• External advertising platform policies apply to the ad delivery process.
• Core memo saving features are prioritized even when ad loading fails.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights, including copyrights, for the Service and related content belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior consent is prohibited.

Article 9 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope of applicable laws. Any changes will be announced through the Service or distribution page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes related to the Service are subject to the competent court under applicable law.
